Sales Officer- Emirati

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience within a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service
  
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
  
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new collections
  
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
  
• Ensure proper merchandising and showroom presentation
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
  
• 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or luxury furniture
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Customer-oriented with a passion for sales
  
• Presentable, confident, and target-driven
  
• Willing to work in Dubai
