Job description

RELOCATION TO ABU DHABI REQUIRED !!!!!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients across various industries in UAE.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the market presence.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirement / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE staffing & outsourcing industry.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong experience of staffing services or workforce outsourcing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, with strong people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions, workforce management, and industry best practices.
