Sales And Operations Coordinator

We are hiring a Sales and Operations Coordinator responsible for generating sales and handling day-to-day operations including order processing and coordination. The ideal candidate must be proactive in sales, able to manage customer accounts, and coordinate backend processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and approach new clients across the UAE.
• Promote and sell diesel, lubricants, and related products.
• Visit customers on-site, present product offerings, and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on renewals or repeat orders.
• Coordinate with teams for deliveries and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, process orders, and handle basic invoicing.
• Ensure proper documentation
• Follow up with clients on delivery status and feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales and operations records.
