Responsible for ensuring driving safety by making proactive safety predictions and effective interventions during various tasks involving autonomous vehicles on public roads, such as road testing, demonstration runs, receptions, main driver operations, ground support, co-driving, and cloud cockpit projects. This includes issuing risk alerts and warnings to ensure the safety of the vehicle and all personnel inside and outside, enhance user trust, and reduce the risk of road accidents.
Responsible for on-road safety assurance during ground support, reception, operations, testing, and project-related tasks, including guiding traffic, ensuring driving safety, and responding to emergencies for autonomous vehicles along the route.
Responsible for pre-departure inspections, functional testing, passenger testing, operations, specialized experience programs, and guest services involving autonomous vehicles and support vehicles.
Responsible for driving the safety vehicle and ensuring the safety of the autonomous vehicle during testing and operations. Maintain effective communication with the main vehicle’s safety operator and take prompt protective actions in abnormal situations.
Responsible for the daily upkeep of autonomous vehicles, including routine maintenance, cleanliness, and material readiness (including but not limited to charging and basic maintenance).
Responsible for completing assigned tasks in various areas of the fleet’s city, including but not limited to temporary reception duties for autonomous vehicles and participation in position-related training.
Responsible for handling emergency safety incidents in the early stages, including on-site evidence collection, maintaining order, lawful clearance of the scene, communication with the customer service center and passengers, and handling other related matters.
Responsible for recording and reporting various blockage or obstruction issues encountered during autonomous vehicle testing and operations to promote technical improvement.
Responsible for other support tasks assigned by the autonomous driving project team.

No history of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or any related misconduct.
Must have at least a high school or vocational school diploma, or relevant vehicle testing experience, or more than 2 years of experience in vehicle driving-related work, combined with a basic skills test.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in ride-hailing services, taxis, buses, or freight transport operations.
Must have held a valid driver's license (at least Class C1; Class A1 required for RB-type vehicles) for 3 years or more, with over 3 years of actual driving experience and no major traffic accidents.
In the past two years, the candidate must not have had full penalty points on their license, any record of detention for running red lights, and total fines for speeding, illegal parking, or improper lane changes must not exceed 6,000 AED.
Should have a certain level of vehicle knowledge, the ability to diagnose basic mechanical issues, replace parts when needed, and operate a computer and Office software.
