Retail Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the store. Ensure all SOPs are followed and maintained.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the store team. Full responsibility for staff schedules, training and onboarding. Communicates store targets to the team and drives sales to achieve financial objectives
• Ensure excellent customer service is always provided by staff. Address enquiries, resolve complaints, and foster a welcoming environment. Build strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.

• Capture and maintain customer data to enable targeted marketing efforts, fostering customer engagement, and building a loyal customer base

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.

• Manage inventory levels and work closely with warehouse team on stock replenishment.

• Tracks and evaluates brand sales performance, research market trends and competitor trading activities to identify critical business factors and propose action plans to management increase sales and profitability

• Constantly offer innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store reach, and enhance profitability.

• Responsible for ensuring the store adheres to all UAE liquor licensing regulations and health & safety standards.
