Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 plus tips and other benefits per month (based on experience)

Our team is passionate about food and service, and we are currently looking to hire a motivated and professional Restaurant Floor Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations.
Job Description
As a Restaurant Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest service and managing daily floor operations. You will lead and support the service team, ensuring smooth shift execution, customer satisfaction, and a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise, lead, and motivate the front-of-house (FOH) team during shifts.
· Ensure excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
· Monitor cleanliness and readiness of the dining area at all times.
· Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
· Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Assist in onboarding and training new FOH team members.
· Prepare and submit daily shift reports to management.
· Uphold and promote the restaurant’s brand values and service culture.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor, Head Waiter, or similar role in a busy restaurant (experience in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine is a plus).
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
· Professional appearance and positive attitude.
· Arabic speaking candidates are preferred due to guest interaction requirements.
· Must be currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately.
