Public Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all activities related to company formation, trade license renewals, and regulatory filings with UAE authorities (e.g., DED, Free Zone, MOHRE).
• Process employment visas, Emirates IDs, labor contracts, and other related documentation for employees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to labor, immigration, and commercial licensing.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with government officials, ministries, and external agencies.
• Submit and collect official documentation from government departments and ministries as per legal requirements.
• Manage and renew company registrations, approvals, permits, and certificates on time.
• Represent the company at various government departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) or in a similar government liaison role in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and business licensing.
• Familiarity with systems such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, DED, and free zone portals.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PRO or similar role in the UAE.
