Job Description:
Xceed Properties is seeking driven and dynamic Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling off-plan properties from Dubai’s top developers, working with qualified leads, and guiding clients through every stage of the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:

Strong Sales Ability : Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals confidently and professionally.
Excellent Communication Skills : Clear verbal and written communication in English (other languages like Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian are a plus).
Client Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape, especially off-plan projects, payment plans, and developer policies.
Lead Conversion: Skilled in handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into buyers.
CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems to track, manage, and follow up with clients.
Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently present projects, explain investment value, and conduct property tours or virtual meetings.
Time Management & Self-Motivation: Organized, punctual, and driven to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
Negotiation & Objection Handling: Able to navigate price discussions, client concerns, and close with confidence.
Resilience & Adaptability: Strong mindset to handle rejection, market shifts, and high-pressure environments.
