الوصف الوظيفي

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Product Designer to play a key role in shaping innovative, next-generation digital products. This is a hands-on position where you will work across the full design lifecycle, helping translate complex technologies into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.


You will act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that design decisions align with both user needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


·Lead and own the end-to-end design process for core digital products, from concept to delivery
·Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that deliver intuitive user experiences
·Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to influence product strategy and feature prioritization
·Communicate design concepts clearly and align cross-functional stakeholders on vision and execution
·Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to solve complex design challenges
·Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve products
·Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure the voice of the user is represented in all decisions
·Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
·Contribute to and elevate the organization’s design standards, processes, and culture
·Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.


Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design of digital products or software applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity with confidence
  • Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications


·Experience working in tech companies, including startups or high-growth environments
·Exposure to AI-powered products, enterprise platforms, or data-driven applications
·Strong interest in prototyping and experimenting with new ideas
·Basic technical understanding of front-end development concepts
