Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and professional Personal Assistant who will also conduct market research across multiple sectors including real estate, finance, and beauty industry in Dubai and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research on Dubai real estate opportunities
• Analyze financial markets and investment trends in the UAE
• Research beauty and wellness industry landscape in Dubai
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations in English
• Manage calendar, schedule meetings with partners and stakeholders
• Handle correspondence and communications with international partners
• Provide translation support when needed
• Manage personal administrative tasks
• Coordinate with various service providers and vendors
• Assist in investment documentation and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience as Personal Assistant or similar role
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and research tools
• Knowledge of Dubai/UAE market preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible with working hours

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
