الوصف الوظيفي

Position Title:             Legal Officer

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:            Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate real estate agreements including but not limited to: Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Property Purchase Agreements (PPA), Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
  • Advise management on potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all company contracts comply with UAE laws and relevant real estate regulations.
  • Work closely with internal departments (sales, leasing, finance) to support their legal needs and general legal support and guidance to leadership on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.

 

المهارات

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution; Master's Degree (LLM) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a strong focus on real estate transactions.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property ownership regulations, and general contract law.
