Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales of fresh fruits and vegetables within the Al Aweer wholesale market. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a wide client network among wholesalers, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with wholesalers, distributors, traders, and foodservice buyers in key wholesale markets (e.g., Al Aweer Market).
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new wholesale customers.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and margin goals.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions with clients.
• Monitor and manage daily orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
• Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Track market prices and competitor activity; report insights and trends to management.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in wholesale fresh produce sector.
• Existing client network within the wholesale market is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of fruit and vegetable quality, seasonality, and pricing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high transaction volumes.
• Fluent in English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but practical market experience is more critical.
