Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and review documentation for the booking process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients, agents, and internal departments regarding missing files or requirements.
• Manage and organise Reservation/Booking forms and SPA drafts.
• Handle email coordination with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and update project sheets and documentation to ensure efficient project tracking.
• Utilise CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for project management and client data tracking.
