Responsibilities:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including posting positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
• Manage the organization's compensation and benefits program, including pay structure, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation.
• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related majors.
• More than 5 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources, including experience in HR Business Partner or related positions.
• Familiar with the recruitment and selection process, able to develop effective recruitment strategies and attract outstanding talents to join the organization.
• Proficient in Arabic, English and Mandarin.
