Develop HR Department's objectives, operational plans, and performance indicators; continuously monitor and measure them.

Oversee efficient implementation of recruitment processes to ensure timely placement of suitable candidates.
Coordinate with departments to determine job requirements and oversee internal/external job advertisements.
Supervise the administration of technical and behavioral assessments.
Ensure effective onboarding programs for new hires and facilitate their integration.
Evaluate and report recruitment process efficiency.
Maintain and update a talent database for future hiring needs.
Oversee performance appraisal processes and follow-up actions such as grievances, rewards, and appeals.
Design and oversee training and development plans based on competency needs and career growth requirements.
Collaborate with departments to assess training needs and choose appropriate training vendors.
Organize internal/external training sessions, workshops, and conferences.
Lead leadership development programs to build internal capabilities.
Measure and report on training effectiveness.
Develop and update HR policies and recommend disciplinary actions as needed.
Oversee employee services and relations including leave, promotion, retirement, salary adjustments, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Guide employees on professional development paths.
Ensure delivery of high-quality employee services (e.g., medical insurance, travel arrangements), and maintain vendor quality databases.
Monitor learning trends and recommend new educational technologies to improve training efficiency.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
