Description
Manage compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws, including tax return filings and tax auditsDevelop and implement tax-efficient structures for the group's domestic and international operationsProvide tax advisory support on various tax matters raised by internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and tax efficiencyLead computation of deferred tax assets and liabilities in accordance with IFRSEnsure timely and accurate tax accounting, including journal entries and disclosuresSupport compliance with UAE VAT laws including return filings, reconciliations, and auditsAdvise on VAT implications of local and cross-border transactionsProvide tax advisory for business expansion, restructuring, and M&A projectsIdentify and mitigate tax risks while maintaining efficiency
Profile
Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or TaxationChartered Accountant (CA,CPA, ACCA or relevant) is a MUSTRelevant Taxation Qualifications are desirable7-10 years of experience in taxation is a must
