Schedule, confirm and manage appointment and maintain executive calendars
Greet visitors, manage guest to appropriate destinations.
Handle and manage incoming and outgoing emails with professionalism and confidentiality.
Draft, type and prepare client contracts, brief clients alongside the CEO/MD
Take dictation and respond to client's inquiries of behalf of CEO/MD
Prepare and deliver professional client presentation.
Conduct research, compile date and statistics and general documents for project and pricing proposal as per advice by CEO/MD
Manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and implement online marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram's, Facebook, twitter, and other's social media
Perform additional administrative and executive support duties as required

Typing at 50+ words per minute preferred
Competent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can handle pressure and work with minimal supervision, ability to do multitasking job at any given time.
