Role Overview


The Ecommerce Executive will support the day-to-day operations of our D2C websites and marketplace business, ensuring accurate product listings, effective online merchandising, smooth ecommerce operations, inventory management, and website maintenance. The role will work closely with marketing, warehouse, customer support, logistics, content, and technology teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support business growth across all ecommerce channels.


Key Responsibilities


Product Listing, Catalog Management & Content Localization – 25%


  1. Create and manage product listings across D2C websites and marketplaces.
  2. Ensure product attributes, descriptions, specifications, sizing, pricing, and imagery are accurate and complete.
  3. Coordinate with graphic designers, studio teams, store teams, and brand teams to obtain required product assets.
  4. Localize product content for regional markets where required.
  5. Maintain catalog accuracy and perform regular content audits.
  6. Support bulk uploads and catalog updates through ecommerce platforms.
  7. Monitor product visibility and ensure listings meet brand standards.

Online Merchandising & Website Management – 25%


  1. Manage category structures, collections, and product merchandising on ecommerce websites.
  2. Curate assortments and product placements to improve discoverability and conversion.
  3. Execute pricing updates, promotions, and campaign launches.
  4. Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock updates.
  5. Launch new products and ensure timely website updates.
  6. Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, content errors, and merchandising issues.
  7. Support seasonal campaigns and landing page updates.

Ecommerce Operations & Order Management – 20%


  1. Monitor order flow across D2C websites and marketplace platforms.
  2. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  3. Track deliveries and support issue resolution related to shipping and fulfillment.
  4. Manage return and exchange coordination with warehouse teams.
  5. Support third-party marketplace order management processes.
  6. Ensure operational accuracy across Shopify, OMS, ERP, and marketplace systems.
  7. Escalate operational issues and coordinate timely resolution.

Customer Support – 10%


  1. Support customer inquiries received through email, chat, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
  2. Provide product information, order updates, and sizing guidance.
  3. Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve escalations.
  4. Ensure customer interactions align with brand service standards.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions where required.

Digital Asset Management – 7%


  1. Manage and organize digital assets received from brands and internal teams.
  2. Prepare asset sets for website launches, campaigns, and marketplace requirements.
  3. Ensure website images, banners, videos, and content assets are updated and optimized.
  4. Maintain structured asset repositories and version control.
  5. Support content and marketing teams with asset requirements.

Reporting & Business Performance – 7%


  1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce reports.
  2. Update dashboards covering sales, inventory, website performance, and operations.
  3. Monitor stock availability and support replenishment reporting.
  4. Support analysis of sales trends and product performance.
  5. Provide operational insights and highlight areas for improvement.

General Coordination & Business Support – 6%


  1. Support order form creation and assortment planning activities.
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on ecommerce business requirements.
  3. Conduct competitor and market research.

• Experience within fashion, footwear, sports, luxury, or lifestyle ecommerce businesses preferred
