Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems
o Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals to streamline workflows and enhance business operations
o Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic apps.
o Apps, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
o Develop custom solutions using C#, NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server for advanced customization and scalability
o Oversee CRM upgrades, plugin development, and system configurations for optimal service delivery
o Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality, client focused outcomes on time
o Manage data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and continuity between systems
o Create technical documentation, low-level designs, and conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
o Integrate 3rd party tools with Dynamics
o Master's degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
o 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions
o Expertise in Dynamics 365 Financials / CE (Customer Engagement) and CRM Online/On-premise implementations
o Proficiency in no-code/low-code solutions and advanced technical customizations
o Programming skills in C#, NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server
o Familiarity with Azure services, Functions and DevOps
