Job Description:
1.Assist the Project Business Lead in contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with contractual procedures during construction.
2.Handle claims and counterclaims for project variations & adjustments, including collaborating with the commercial team to draft claim reports in advance.
3.Conduct site surveys and deliver presentations, requiring strong written and spoken English skills.
4.Collaborate with commercial & technical teams on joint designs and contractual matters.
5.Ensure clear project deliverables through handover meetings with the project team.
Requirements:
·More than 5 years of engineering construction cost and contract experience in the UAE or GCC.
·Familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
·At least 1 large-scale project experience in a Contract Manager role.
·A Civil Engineering background.
