We are looking for a Business Analyst for an international company operating in the commodities trading industry with global business processes and distributed infrastructure.
Key responsibilities: Analyze and formalize business requirements from trading, risk management, and operations teams.
Configure and support CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP and global internal platforms.
Design and maintain data exchange flows between CRM, SAP, and other internal systems.
Develop management reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Automate data extraction and processing from multiple systems and sources.
Collaborate with developers on integrations, APIs, and ETL processes.
Prepare documentation, data flow diagrams, and user guidelines.

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.

English level: Intermediate+.
Russian language level: advanced.
Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
