Arabic Cook

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Arabic cook to prepare authentic and high-quality Arabic dishes. The ideal candidate must have experience in traditional Arabic cuisine and a strong understanding of flavour profiles, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.

• Prepare and cook traditional Arabic dishes (e.g., mandi, kabsa, hummus, grills, mezze, etc.)
  

  
  

• Ensure food is cooked and presented to high standards
  

  
  

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
  

  
  

• Monitor stock levels and assist in kitchen inventory
  

  
  

• Coordinate with the kitchen team and follow kitchen procedures
  

  
  

• Ensure food safety and quality control at all stages
  

  
  

• Support in menu planning and dish innovation when required
  

  
  

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Arabic Cook or in a similar role
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine and cooking methods
  

  
  

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen
  

  
  

• Good communication and teamwork skills
  

  
  

• Food safety certification is a plus
