Application Engineer

BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in designing and supplying pumping systems. Our client is seeking a skilled Application Engineer to support technical evaluation, pump selection, and project estimation activities while coordinating closely with sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical specifications and select pumps/equipment based on project requirements.

- Review engineering drawings and technical documents to determine scope, quantities, and installation needs.

- Develop cost estimates by evaluating materials, labor, and project specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather technical inputs and quotations.

- Prepare technical documentation, compliance reports, and proposals for projects.

- Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and project documentation.


Requirements- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.

- 3–5 years of experience in pump specification, selection, or estimation.

- Knowledge of engineering drawings, pump systems, and estimation processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication ability.
