Supply Planner

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Supply Planner to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Supply Planner position is located within the Supply Planning department and will report to the Supply Planning Manager. You will work in a high-performing team alongside colleagues who are always striving for higher achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize production planning and inventory levels. 
• Develop material and production plans based on demand forecasts. 
• Manage production line utilizations, analyze risks, and develop action plans. 
• Coordinate with demand planning and production teams to ensure seamless operations. 
• Define safety stock levels and reorder points to optimize inventory. 
• Analyze and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency. 
• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and prepare performance reports. 
• Develop supply plans for new product launches. 
• Follow up Supply Chain Loss Risks and develop action plans to eliminate them.  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and related fields
• 3-5 years working experience in supply chain roles
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Work as a Team, team routines, engage with peers' and stakeholders, absorbs feedback to improve.
• Ability to risk assess and make decisions
• SAP and OMP/O9 knowledge is a plus
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Persistence and ability to influence others
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office / PowerBI applications
