Key Account Specialist

We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our global company operating in the construction machinery sector, responsible for key accounts across Turkey.

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction machinery sales
• Experience in Key Account / customer management within the construction industry
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills
• Analytical, result-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel frequently across Turkey

• Manage and develop the assigned key customer portfolio across Turkey
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and increase customer satisfaction
• Acquire new strategic customers and grow business volume
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ensure effective on-site implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and report insights to management
