We’re now looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to drive client growth, ensure renewals, and maximize long-term partnerships.

📋 What You’ll Be Doing Client Relationship Management : Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Renewal Ownership : Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Upsell & Cross-Sell : Identify opportunities to expand product adoption (e.
g., ongoing monitoring, adverse media, case management).
Strategic Account Planning : Develop tailored growth plans aligned with clients’ business objectives and industry needs.
Customer Advocacy : Represent client feedback internally, influencing product roadmap and support priorities.
Pipeline & Forecasting : Track renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue forecasts in CRM (HubSpot).
Collaboration : Work closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver value and seamless onboarding.

🎓 What We’re Looking For Experience : Minimum 2+ years in B2B SaaS account management , ideally within enterprise/financial services.
Proven Success : Track record in renewals and expansions with measurable impact.
Relationship Builder : Skilled in trust-based stakeholder engagement, including senior executives.
Language Skills : Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Analytical Mindset : Ability to connect client ROI with product adoption.
CRM Proficiency : Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
