Job Title: IP Infrastructure Operations Specialist    

Reports to: IP/IT Infrastructure Operations Team Leader

Job Purpose:

Accountable to the IP/IT Infrastructure Operations Team Leader to ensure the continuous availability and reliability of IP and IT Infrastructure systems of Zain SD.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:

- Supervise IP/IT infrastructure O&M activities and be accountable for its operations to ensure consistency and continuity in the business.

- Manage and follow up with the Managed Services provided by the vendor, to maintain high availability and service stability of the IP/ IT Infrastructure.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on network requirements to support operational needs and expansion demands.

- Collaborate with the planning department to develop technical blueprintsand validate requirements for current and future business growth.

- Develop contingency and risk‑mitigation plans to support Zain SD IP/IT infrastructure expansion and business scalability.

- Manage contracts with vendors and third parties, ensuring proper alignmentof the work/processes between them and the Managed Services team.

- Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and documentation of operational processes and procedures.

- Monitor and evaluate vendor Managed Services KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance and performance quality.

- Validate and evaluate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for frequent incidents and service disruptions.

Dimensions:
