Job Description:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of HVAC equipment and spare parts
• Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
• Maintain proper handling and storage of HVAC Finish goods, compressors, spare parts, and related components
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor warehouse staff performance, assign tasks, and provide training when needed
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and space utilization
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or delays
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates (ERP/WMS systems)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• 3–6 years of warehouse experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC products and materials is an advantage
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
