Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in technical and IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top tech talent while working closely with hiring managers to meet the company’s growth needs.
Responsibilities:
• Understand technical job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and assess technical candidates effectively
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage offers
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on
Technical roles:
• Strong knowledge of tech positions and hiring trends
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws is a plus
