The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Direct the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance and alignment with stakeholders.
• Lead procurement and contracting processes, providing guidance, awareness, and support across the business.
• Oversee post‑contract activities, including extensions, amendments, disputes, and change management.
• Develop and improve procurement policies, procedures, and templates in collaboration with legal and client teams.
• Prepare and present reports, using data to drive decision‑making and process improvements.
• Mentor and train procurement teams, building capability, knowledge, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll need to have:

• Relevant degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional membership with demonstrable ongoing development.
• Strong expertise in procurement, negotiation, and managing complex packages.
• Eligibility under Saudi visa criteria with high‑value project experience.
