About the role:

We’re looking for experienced Data Analysts to join our team! This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business - from Learning and Operations to Product - to ensure data is accurate, actionable, and easy to interpret.You’ll be part of a growing team of 5+ analysts, collaborating virtually across multiple countries.

You’ll be at the intersection of data, business, and learning, helping the company make data-driven decisions that directly impact student outcomes and business performance.

You’ll play a key role in supporting multiple teams across the key areas of thebusiness while also contributing to B2C initiatives, helping us understand what drives student outcomes and which activities have the most impact.

The role is fully remote/hybrid depending on the location. No relocation is required.

💻What you’ll do

• Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align early, reduce back-and-forth, and accelerate delivery.

  
  

• Proactively Define & Measure Metrics: Anticipate what matters most to track and establish clear, meaningful KPIs instead of waiting for requests.

  
  

• Own B2B Data Quality: Monitor, validate, and maintain data accuracy across internal systems, NGOs, and partner data sources.

  
  

• Support New Ventures: Tackle ad-hoc data tasks for pilot programs and partnerships, ensuring data readiness from day one.

  
  

• Contract & Billing Support: Prepare reports for new contracts, and maintain Takaful billing and invoice reporting.

  
  

• Visualization & Dashboards: Design clear, intuitive, and visually engaging dashboards that help B2B stakeholders, mentors, and NGOs quickly understand key insights.

  
  

• Ad-hoc Analysis: Deliver urgent requests with speed and precision, balancing detail with efficiency.

  
  

👀What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis, ideally in a B2B or partnership-heavy environment.

  
  

• Strong technical skills in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  
  

• Ability to build clear, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand dashboards.

  
  

• Detail-oriented mindset: You notice what matters, capture it, and flag inconsistencies without overcomplicating.

  
  

• Business-minded: Able to connect data to real-world needs such as contracts, billing, and partner reporting.

  
  

• Strong communication skills: Can clearly explain data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  
  

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, analysis, or dashboard creation.

  
  

➕Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience working with external partner data (NGOs, B2B clients, or government data).

  
  

• Have exposure to financial reporting (billing, invoicing, or contract performance).

  
  

• Have used AI tools to build dashboards, automate reporting, or enhance analysis.

  
  

• Know Python for automation or advanced analysis.
