The Sales Representative position in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is a vital role within our organization, focusing on driving sales and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while effectively promoting our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and meet sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned region
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Identify and approach potential new clients, generating leads and converting them into sales
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services
Perform other related duties as assigned according to his Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Provide excellent customer service, and identify new business opportunities.
Shows excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend meetings
