Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to grow our manpower client base across Riyadh and Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manpower industry, strong local market knowledge, and a network of relevant contacts to help expand our service footprint.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify, target, and acquire new clients in need of manpower services.

·      Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring service satisfaction.

·      Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across industries.

·      Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.

·      Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to align client requirements with available manpower.

Key Requirements

·      1–2 years of proven sales or business development experience in the manpower or staffing industry.

·      Strong network of clients or references in Jeddah and/or Riyadh market.

·      Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, to ensure effective communication with clients.

·      Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and manpower dynamics.

·      Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
