The Sales Manager/Executive plays a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and execution for a manufacturing company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a dynamic individual who can lead a team, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management within the manufacturing sector, demonstrating the ability to adapt to market changes and implement effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these markets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  6. Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  7. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  9. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all sales activities.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  10. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the manufacturing sector.
