seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth and lead operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time role based in KSA, focused on expanding market presence in the competitive FMCG food sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets across key cities in KSA.
• Manage and support distributor relationships, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
• Identify new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approach.
• Lead and motivate a small team to execute plans effectively.
• Ensure strong visibility of the brand through trade marketing and merchandising.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically in the food sector.
• Strong knowledge of distribution channels and retail networks across KSA.
• Proven ability to lead sales growth and manage performance metrics.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Currently residing in KSA or willing to relocate.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

All this make the challenges faced when setting up "Majdi Center company", beyond the challenges faced by anyone at the start of any project, but the challenge was to keep pace with the cultural renaissance of Kuwait, like many companies and projects that have been established at that stage to provide the Kuwaiti people with all their daily needs in various areas and fields.
