Roads Consultant

Responsible for overseeing and managing pavement maintenance and urban road asset projects within Riyadh. The role involves supervising the planning, implementation, and supervision of maintenance works on municipal roads, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements. Focus areas include operations and maintenance projects, asset management for municipal roads, and performance-based contractual frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise multiple pavement and urban road maintenance projects, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective execution.
• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of maintenance works on municipal roads, collaborating closely with MOMAH officials and stakeholders to align with infrastructure standards.
• Analyze existing road conditions, conduct assessments, and develop strategic maintenance and improvement plans.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently, including liaising with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards while adhering to relevant regulations.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and technical recommendations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Provide technical expertise in pavement and asset management, emphasizing best practices within performance-based contract frameworks and operations.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulations, integrating best practices into project delivery and asset management strategies.
