Restaurant Branch Manager

A dynamic and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager is required to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. • Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
  
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
  
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
  
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
  
• Control operational costs and improve profitability
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the branch
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  
• Experience in handling branch-level operations independently
