الوصف الوظيفي

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments.
  • Develop and publish job postings across platforms like Bayt, LinkedIn, and agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and finalize selections.
  • Handle all documentation and coordination for overseas recruitment (agencies, visas, contracts).
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases regularly.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a professional candidate experience.

المهارات

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment.
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal (essential).
  • Experience in overseas hiring and dealing with recruitment agencies is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
