Urgent Hiring: QC Instrumentation Engineer – Aramco Approved | Oil & Gas + Technologies Projects
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia, Dhahran.
📅 Experience Required: • Minimum of 5 years' estimation experience in Saudi Arabia within the ELV/low current systems.
We are hiring a highly experienced and Aramco-approved QC Instrumentation Engineer to join our team for major Oil & Gas and Technologies projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instrumentation QA/QC, hands-on experience with smart instrumentation and automation systems, and a track record of working on Saudi Aramco or similar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute quality control inspections and testing of field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters) as per Aramco and international standards.
• Perform calibration, loop checks, and function tests of smart instruments and digital control devices.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Aramco Standards and Specifications, in addition to API, IEC, ISO, and ASME.
• Participate in the execution and quality verification of technologies-based projects, including Smart field instrumentation, DCS, PLC, SCADA, and SIS systems, IIoT-enabled sensors and digital automation systems
• Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), FAT/SAT procedures, method statements, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with Aramco QA/QC requirements.
• Monitor and report on non-conformance issues and oversee corrective/preventive actions.
• Support commissioning, pre-commissioning, and system integration phases.
• Maintain inspection records, punch lists, red-line markups, and final dossiers for handover.
