The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and guiding projects from inception to completion within a recruitment and employee placement agency. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills to ensure that projects align with the company’s objectives and client needs. The Project Manager will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Full supervision of the execution of construction projects (residential and commercial), ensuring their delivery on time, within specifications, and at the required quality.
Preparing work plans and project schedules, continuously monitoring and updating them.
Coordinating with consultants, owners, and real estate development companies to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of objectives.
Managing engineering teams and subcontractors, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to approved plans.
Preparing and submitting periodic reports on project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to senior management.
Reviewing and approving contractors’ and suppliers’ invoices in coordination with the contracts and accounting departments.
Ensuring the implementation of quality, safety, and occupational health standards on-site.
Making technical and executive decisions to ensure progress according to the project timeline.
Representing the company before official authorities in all project-related matters.
PBachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (holders of professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects, including proven experience in residential and commercial developments.
Previous experience working with real estate development companies and joint venture projects.
Strong leadership skills, decision-making ability, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in tracking project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
Ability to prepare technical and financial reports and follow up on contracts and invoices.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Riyadh or similar projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
