Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to identify and attract qualified talent for our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT industry recruitment, with a focus on sourcing technical profiles requested by the sales and project teams. This role is critical in ensuring we have the right talent to deliver our services and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for technical and non-technical positions
• Work closely with hiring managers and the sales team to understand staffing requirements
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT professionals
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare job descriptions and postings based on department requirements
• Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
