Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a motivated and experienced Manager - Document Control to manage and oversee all aspects of document management processes across various projects.
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity, security, and accessibility of project documentation, facilitating smooth operations and compliance.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain effective document control policies and procedures aligned with company standards.
Lead and supervise the document control team to ensure timely and accurate handling of all project documents.
Maintain document control systems for proper organization, tracking, and retrieval of documents.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks on document control processes and documentation.
Provide training and guidance to staff on document control practices and systems.
Manage the storage, archiving, and disposal of documents in accordance with company policies.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in document management to optimize processes.

Minimum of 7 years experience in document control, preferably in large-scale projects or corporate environments.
Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years managing document control teams.
