📋 Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team in Riyadh.

The HR Officer will be responsible for handling daily HR tasks including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and supporting smooth site operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in hiring workers, supervisors, and site staff.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and Iqama renewals.
  • Prepare attendance reports and coordinate with payroll.
  • Handle onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Support in resolving employee concerns at construction sites.
  • Coordinate with PRO and government-related documentation.
