HEAD OF ENGINEER

Head of Engineering (Chief Engineer)

• 20+ Yrs of Experience in the Construction Industry (infrastructure, Residentials, industrial or mix use)
• Min 10yrs of Experience on a Management Role (functional manager or line manager)
• Architectural or Civils Background Prefered
• Understanding of KSA Codes and Regulations is an advantage 
• Solutions based with an innovation spirit and Operational Focused
• Able to lead the design process and design teams for different projects simultaneously 
• Able to support the Tendering Department by providing Engineering and Technical Briefs
• Able to work with Procurement Department and identify Scope and Spec challenges and support Vendor Technical Evaluation 
• Sound Knowledge of BIM Methodology and Implementation
