General Maintenance Supervisor

We are hiring a qualified General Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities across our construction sites in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have a Technical Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within the construction sector. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across construction sites
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Lead and guide maintenance technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Inspect buildings, systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Report maintenance progress and issues to management
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
