Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our facility management and maintenance team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership, and at least 4 years of experience in facility management and maintenance within the GCC region. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional environment focusing on building systems, preventive maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for buildings and facilities
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems
• Review technical reports and provide recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with facility management teams and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

نبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكا مؤهل للانضمام إلى فريق إدارة وصيانة المرافق في الرياض. يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلًا على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، وعضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE)، ولديه خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في إدارة وصيانة المرافق داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (GCC). هذه فرصة مميزة للعمل في بيئة احترافية تركز على أنظمة المباني والصيانة الوقائية وحل المشكلات الفنية.

المهام الوظيفية:

• الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية للمباني والمرافق
• ضمان التشغيل السليم وصيانة أنظمة التكييف، السباكة، والأنظمة الميكانيكية الأخرى
• تخطيط وتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية
• تشخيص الأعطال الفنية وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية
• مراجعة التقارير الفنية وتقديم التوصيات اللازمة للتحسين
• التنسيق مع فرق إدارة المرافق ومقدمي الخدمات
• التأكد من الالتزام بأنظمة السلامة ومعايير الشركة
