An exciting opportunity has become available as F&B Manager with a UHNWI based in Riyadh, Saudi.

About: As F&B Manager you’ll be supervising the overall operation, leadership, & development of all food & beverage outlets, always ensuring exceptional service standards & a luxury client experience.

Leads by example, driving operational excellence, consistency, & attention to detail across all areas. Cultivates a positive & high-performing team culture, ensuring staff are motivated, well-trained, & aligned with brand standards. Collaborates closely with senior management to provide strategic direction, optimize performance, & enhance client satisfaction.

What you’ll need:

• Due to the nature of the facility, we can only consider female candidates
• International travel occasionally required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Senior F&B Management or Directorship level within luxury hotels or resorts across Europe
• Middle Eastern exposure highly advantageous
• You should have experience of workingwith & managing large teams, have strong leadership skills, befluent in English (spoken & written)

Salary package: Up to SAR 40000 + Single status benefits
