Senior Product Manager sought to drive high‑impact initiatives within a best-in-class team working on a regulated digital‑finance platform.
What you’ll do
Translate strategic objectives into shippable products: turn high‑level goals into clear requirements, road‑maps and success metrics.
Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, sprint planning, launch and continuous optimisation.
Operate in a regulated context: work side‑by‑side with engineering, design and compliance to keep every release audit‑ready.
Champion the user: run research and leverage data to refine borrower and investor journeys.
Raise the quality bar: instil best‑in‑class execution standards, documentation and post‑launch reviews.
Influence: drive alignment across disciplines while reporting into senior product leadership.
Success in the role is measured by shipped features that meet regulatory gates, hit adoption targets and materially move core KPIs (activation, retention, unit‑economics).
7+ yrs product‑management ownership in fintech, payments, lending or similarly regulated digital services.
Proven track record of shipping 0→1 and 1→n products that achieved measurable growth or revenue impact.
Deep familiarity with agile / Scrum, backlog grooming, and experimentation frameworks (A/B, hold‑out, etc.).
Competence with KYC/AML, data‑privacy, or comparable financial‑services regulation.
Fluency in product analytics: cohort, funnel, LTV, unit economics; able to derive insight from SQL/BI dashboards.
Exceptional cross‑functional communication—comfortable presenting trade‑offs to engineering, design, risk and ops.
Bias for autonomy: thrives on owning outcomes rather than people‑management; comfortable executing under directional guidance from senior leadership.
Nice to have: exposure to MENA financial regulators (e.g., SAMA, DFSA, CBUAE) or emerging‑markets consumer fintech.
