الوصف الوظيفي

The Document Controller plays a pivotal role in the Heavy Industry & Environmental Services sector, ensuring that all documentation is managed effectively and efficiently. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of project documentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Document Controller will be responsible for organizing, storing, and tracking documents, as well as ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary information to perform their tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.
  2. Implement and manage document control processes and procedures.
  3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents.
  4. Review and approve incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy and compliance.
  5. Maintain a comprehensive filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  6. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project meetings.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  8. Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures.
  9. Monitor and track document revisions and updates.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to streamline documentation processes.
