Taj HR is looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Expert .
This role involves analyzing and protecting the organization's computer systems and networks against cyber threats.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and the latest security technologies to create a safe digital environment for our operations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage security protocols and policies to protect the organization's data and networks.
Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and remediate weaknesses.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, including conducting forensic analysis as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees about cybersecurity risks and safe practices.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Security (Master's preferred) Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity risk assessment.

Ability to stay calm and focused during security incidents.
